When You're Sliding into 1st, and You feel Something BURST...

Faith, in better days, models her new
"smock" and tries to feed Mama pizza crust

The first signs of illness? Faith decides eggs are
Much Better on her head than in her belly...

DIARRHEA!

My poor baby has it coming out of BOTH ends. Yes, I know this is exactly the kind of story you have been waiting to hear. My business meeting came to an abrupt end yesterday as Faith "evacuated" the room in a hurry. And the worst part? (Besides being thrown-up on, and seeing my baby suffer, of course) was calling all of Faith's new friends to warn them that there is, indeed, a virus spreading. Faith's doctor confirmed it.

And even better... one of the moms replying "Oh yeah, my kids have had that for 2 weeks. I got it too." To which I wanted to reply, "And you STILL brought your kids over a few days ago KNOWING they were sick?"

Maybe people don't know how viruses are spread. (Yet another lesson for Faith to stop kissing boys!)

Look how cute my cockatoo hair do is! Little do you
know that my cute self will be spewing all kinds of
yummies in a couple of days!

I am trying to be optimistic and think that, if I do get this bug, it will be a sure-fire way to lose weight. Better eat that extra helping of chocolate cake while I still can!!!!

As babies it's easiest to catch vomit in beach towels. Then just throw in the washer, I find my stomach doesn't turn as much when picking "clean" chunks out of the washer after the cycle has run.

Trust me I'm an expert (unfortunatly) on this!!

Good luck with your first sickies...

Love,

Heather
