I know, I know, it sounds fancy, doesn't it? Well, I've decided to follow a good friend's advice. "There are jobs out there for stay-at-home moms, you just have to step out of your comfort zone and do the unexpected." So, when an acquaintance came with a business plan, I came on board.

Basically, Texas is deregulating electricity. This means that companies are trying to vie for customers to buy their electricity, since the big monopolies were deregulated. So, here I am... not selling Mary Kay, but referring people to Stream Electric.

In 2 years, I will either be laughing that I wasted my time, or laughing all the way to the bank. Who knows? But I do find it encouraging that Warren Buffet called it "the biggest transfer of wealth in our nation's history." Or something like that. Oh, and my acquaintance? She's sold real estate to Ross Perot, so I guess she knows a few things!
