We arrived safely in Killeen, TX a couple of weeks ago and began frantically looking for a house. (After seeing the cost of renting, we decided to buy one.) It is another home built in 1975 with lots of charm. My friend Donna says that I must be stuck in the 70's... Hmmm- maybe she's right! I did not like any of the brand-new homes we saw. No yard, no trees, no character. I was determined to get Faith a yard with trees. Every girl needs good climbing trees!

Jason originally wanted to buy an even OLDER home so that he could fix it up and sell it. I put my foot down and told him I was tired of living in a "half-done" house. We compromised when I promised that he could buy another junker-car to fix up...
Faith has been busy learning how to clap- hillarious. To pay for our house, she has even taken up an new job as a landlord. She is a true Filipino Baby and knows how to drive a good bargain.
